MARINADE
Preparation
In food processor or blender combine marinade ingredients and process until thick. Pour into nonreactive pan or sealable plastic bag. Add meat turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight. Remove meat from marinade and grill over medium coals for 10 to 15 minutes per side, or broil 4-inches from source of heat for 10 to 15 minutes per side. Serve.
