COLEMAN SIRLOIN STEAK BRUSCHETTA
Ingredients
(makes 4 servings)
- 1 pound Coleman Natural Top Sirloin Steak, cut 1-inch thick, sprinkled with coarse ground black pepper and garlic, grilled or broiled
- 1 1/3 cups chopped Roma tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons crumbled feta cheese
- 8 slices sour dough bread spread with butter and minced garlic, grilled
Preparation
In small bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, vinegar, oil and garlic; set aside. To assemble: Place two pieces of garlic toast on plate. Top with thinly sliced steak, 1/3 cup tomato mixture, and 1 teaspoon cheese. Serve.
