COLEMAN'S EASY
CROCK-POT ROAST
INGREDIENTS
- Coleman Natural Beef Chuck Roast (2-1/2 - 3 Lb.)
- 1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 package dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup Water
- Optional: Carrots, whole Onion (quartered), Potatoes (halved)
PREPARATION:
- In a small bowl, combine the onion soup mix, mushroom soup and water.
- Stir together until well mixed.
- If using optional vegetables place carrots on bottom of crock pot and set
roast on top of carrots; otherwise place roast in bottom of crock pot.
- Cover with soup mixture.
- Add remaining vegetables
- Cook on low for 8-9 hours (or on high for 4-5 hours)
