TEXAS T-BONES
(serves 4)
Ingredients
- 4 - 24 to 28 ounce T-Bone or Porterhouse Steaks
For Marinade
- 1/2 cup minced Cilantro
- 1 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup minced Red Onion
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
Procedure
- Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steaks in appropriate sized bowl or in
plastic bags and marinate for about two hours.
- Grill to desired doneness and serve with Spicy Onions and Corn on the Cob.
