Marinade
Preparation
Score the sirloin. In a small bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Place beef in a plastic bag and add 1/2 of the marinade. Close bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat the grill. Discard the used marinade. Grill 10-12 minutes for rare to medium doneness, turning once. Serve remaining marinade as a sauce. Makes 4 servings. Prep Time:40 minutes.
