COLEMAN LOW FAT PASTA BEEF ITALIANO

Preparation

In a Dutch oven, saute, the mushrooms, onions and garlic in 1/2 cup beef broth. Add meat chunks and continue to cook until completely browned. Stir in the Italian seasonings, remaining beef broth, tomatoes,and wine. Bring to a boil and stir, about 5-10 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Add the pasta and allow to simmer 15 additional minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
Makes 4 servings. Prep Time: 45 minutes.

TIP: Try the new seasoned pastas like chili pepper or garlic and bell pepper!
