OLEMAN STIR-FRY WRAPUPSIngredients
Preparation
Cut sirloin into 1/4-inch strips. Marinade in 1/2 cup of the salad dressing for approximately 30 minutes. In a small bowl, pour remaining dressing over vegetables.
Heat a large skillet and stir-fry the beef. Drain juices from the skillet. Add the
marinated vegetables and stir-fry until thoroughly heated. Fill tortilla shell with
meat/vegetable mixture. Sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of cheeseand roll shell. Makes 4
servings. Prep Time: 15 minutes.
* For a quick substitute, use one 1-pound bag frozen sugar snap stir-fry vegetables
