Sprinkle seasonings over meat and set aside for 10 minutes. Saute onion, garlic and corn in oil in large skillet. Add meat strips and saute until the sauce thickens and the beef reaches desired doneness. Pour beef mixture over greens. Add tomatoes and cheese. Toss and serve. Use chips as a garnish. Makes 4 servings. Prep Time: 10 minutes.
