COLEMAN SKILLET PIZZA
A quick entrée the children will love

Ingredients

Preparation

Gently combine Coleman ground chuck with bread crumbs, salt and pepper.  Press lightly into a 9-inch non-stick skillet, spreading mixture along bottom and sides to form a crust.  Pour sauce over meat, sprinkle with oregano and top with cheese.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat 14-16 minutes or until the meat is thoroughly cooked.  Temperature should reach 160 degrees.  Drain fat, if necessary.   Sprinkle with fresh basil, and cut into wedges.

Serve with a trio of salad greens garnished with fresh mushrooms and red onion, freshly steamed green beans, Italian breadsticks, and Italian Ice with biscottie for dessert.
