Preparation

Combine above ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Mix thoroughly, but gently, by hand or with a wooden spoon.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Spray a cookie sheet with sides using non stick cooking spray.  Gently shape meat mixture into balls (about 12) and arrange in the prepared pan.  Bake 20-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

Serve meatballs with your favorite sauce over pasta or in sandwiches.  A green salad tossed with a red wine vinaigrette would be a flavorful side dish.  Fresh fruit and cheese would complete your meal.
