JAMAICAN RUB
Preparation
In small bowl, combine rub ingredients. Sprinkle each side of the steaks with 1-2 teaspoons of the rub mixture. Grill over medium coals for 7 to 10 minutes per side or broil 4-inches from source of heat for 7 to 10 minutes per side.
