COLEMAN THAI STEAK & RICE SALAD
Ingredients
(Makes 4 Servings)
- 1 pound Coleman Natural Chuck Blade, grilled or broiled, cut into thin 2-inch slices
DRESSING
- 1/2 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
SALAD
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; set aside. In large bowl, combine steak and salad ingredients. Pour on dressing and toss to coat. Serve.
